GigSync LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and disclose information when you visit our website (https://gig-sync.com) and use the GigSync™ and MeditationSync™ mobile and web applications.

GigSync LLC is a Multi-Member, Member-Managed Limited Liability Company formed in Colorado.

  • Management: Day-to-day operations are managed by Christopher Hall.

We collect information to provide and improve our services:

  • Account Information: Name and email address provided during registration.

  • Application Data:

    • GigSync™: Band schedules, gig availability, and calendar/website API integration data.

    • MeditationSync™: Metadata for audio libraries, custom playlists, and progress analytics.

  • Technical Data: Device information, IP addresses, and app activity logs (collected via Google Cloud Platform).

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your data to:

  • Facilitate real-time synchronization for band management.

  • Automate gig availability notifications.

  • Consolidate meditation content and enable community features.

  • Process "freemium" subscriptions and "Pro" upgrades through the App Stores.

4. Data Storage and Security

  • Infrastructure: Our services are hosted on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) using a secure microservices architecture.

  • Encryption: All data is encrypted both in transit and at rest.

  • Retention: We retain data as long as your account is active or as needed for legal compliance.

5. Your Rights and Choices

Colorado Residents (CPA)

As a Colorado-formed entity, we provide residents the right to:

  • Access and confirm if we are processing your personal data.

  • Delete personal data provided to us.

  • Opt-Out of targeted advertising.

California Residents (CCPA/CPRA)

Users in California may request to know what personal information has been collected, request deletion, and opt-out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information. Note: We do not sell your personal data for money.

6. Children’s Privacy

Our applications are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with data, please contact us immediately.

7. Changes to This Policy

We will notify you of any "significant changes" to this policy (such as changes in the categories of data collected) via in-app notification or email.

Next Steps for Implementation

  • In-App Link: Per 2026 regulations, you must link this policy in the Settings menu of both the GigSync™ and MeditationSync™ apps, not just the landing page.

  • App Store Listings: Ensure the URL for this policy is updated in the App Store Connect and Google Play Console.
